Kathleen Harrison - Operations Director

Kathleen joined the SBDP team in 2020 as the Operations Director. She is responsible for managing the administration activities of the firm, refining operations, implementing software and overseeing marketing efforts of the firm. She ensures the directives designed by the principals are executed to best serve our clients, with attention on our core values of focusing on Relationships, Inspiration, Service and Excellence (RISE).

Kathleen has an extensive background in business having held management positions in both finance and operations.  She has helped both for profit and non-profit entities maximize their potential and refine operations. Her strength lies in process improvement to better serve our clients. She has a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Kathleen is proud to call Jacksonville home. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family, Jeep time, and a good game of bocce on the beach.
