Important Changes Mean Your Client Portal is More Secure than Ever

Our firm is deeply committed to keeping your personal and financial information secure. As part of this commitment, we have recently implemented some security enhancements which impact the way you use your secure client portal to access your information and provide information to us. These enhanced portal security features include:

1. Your session will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity. When this occurs, you will need to re-enter your login credentials to continue working. Note that processes such as long print jobs will continue during the timeout.

2. Your password will now expire after 90 days. In addition, your password must contain at least eight characters, including at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one numeric character, and one special character (such as @, #, or $). You can make your portal account even more secure by creating a password that is longer than eight characters.

3. If your current password doesn't meet the enhanced requirements, you will now be prompted to update it the next time you login.
